Overview
I created a distinct visual identity for Loopio’s presence at BPC Denver 2026, designed to deliver a cohesive and memorable brand experience across every attendee touchpoint. The system brought together the booth, signage, swag, supporting digital assets for web and social.
Challenge
The project began shortly after a layoff affected Loopio’s Senior Graphic Design Manager, leaving a gap in ownership for the event’s visual identity. I stepped in to lead the design direction and manage production with an external graphic designer. As the scope expanded, I also produced digital and print assets directly to meet the print agency’s shipping deadline. This required me to work beyond my usual digital specialization and quickly adapt my designs for large-format print, booth graphics, signage, and physical event materials.
Results
The event sourced $360,000 in pipeline and received strong organic coverage on social media from customers and prospects who attended. Attendees shared photos of the booth, praised the visual identity for standing out from other exhibitors, and described Loopio’s booth as their favourite at the event.
